I hope you’re feeling better, Kim. No good having a headache when you have all your children around to celebrate you and your hubby!

You got some amazing books this week. I would love to get my hands on The Bourbon King, and I can’t wait to get Dark Needs at Night’s Edge!

Have a wonderful week ahead, happy reading.

Happy birthday to your husband ! I’m so sorry about your migraine at the wrong times, I can relate. One thing that relieves it a little : use a little mint essential oil on your front and where you hurt, it works for me. Enjoy your week-end as much as you can and take care 🙂 Oh, and I fully understand the locked bathroom pic, it’s awfully common for moms !

Happy Mother’s day! That reminds me, I had better call my Mom. Great haul for you this week. I don’t read quite enough romance for Xoxperts but I look forward to reading your reviews for those. Have a great day!

Happy Mother’s Day and I hope you are feeling better! The selections for XOXperts are really good this month and I’m going to read Overrule and Searching for Beautiful. But the others books sound really good too. I can’t wait to read your interview with Darynda Jones, that is so exciting to actually talk to an author! I’ve only done interviews via email lol.

I hope you feel better and have a great week!

Happy Mother’s Day! I absolutely love Emma Chase and I need to get my hands on Overruled! Did you ever get a chance to read the Tangled series? That is my favourite contemporary romance ;P The plot for Jodi Picoult and Samantha Van Leer’s book Off the Page is intriguing. Some great picks in this lot you have!

    Happy Sunday!

Oh, I hope your headaches goes away soon! I suffer from frequent headaches and migraines, so I feel your pain. I actually take medicine everyday to help prevent them and for the most part it works, but I still get the occasional one now and then. Great book haul!!! Have a great week 🙂

What crappy timing to have a severe headache. Hope you’re feeling better soon and enjoy a wonderful Mother’s Day. There was a bit of ‘feeling awful’ going around, I did next to no exercise last week, fingers crossed we’re both back on track this week. I really want to read The Summer Girls. Happy reading 🙂

Happy birthday to your husband and happy mother’s day to you! Hope your headache went away and you were able to enjoy your day. Yay for kicking ARC’s butt. Currently they’re kicking mine but I have great plans to turn that around. I look forward to your interview with Darynda Jones. She’s an author I’m really looking forward to reading. Have a great week!

The Sophie Kinsella book looks interesting. I’ve only read one book by her so it would be nice to read about another.
Looking forward to the interview! Have a great week 😀

I’m glad you had a nice Mother’s Day! I hope your headache got better! I’ve been having them daily, and I know they can be connected to allergies. Congrats on kicking ARC butt!!! I’m so jealous! I’m drowning in ARCS! What is XOXOperts? Is it a special group, like the Avon one you were a part of. Is there a way to apply? You got so many awesome books last week! Searching for Beautiful and Overruled are written by two of my favorite authors! I have those for review as well 🙂

  24. Lorna

So sorry you didn’t feel well with all your celebrating and family around. Hope all is better now! Now I am wondering what XoXpert is? I am so unenlightened at times 🙂
