Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

Mr.Caffeinated and I have arrived in New Orleans. We have tours scheduled and hope to see a lot of my favorite landmarks. We travel to Florida on Weds and I am going to totally embarrass my hubby. I  will probably be as giddy as an eight-year-old when I enter the Wizard World of Harry Potter. I want my wand! I will post pictures as often as I can on Instagram and upload them to the Facebook page. Just because I am on the hunt for Klaus, ghosts, and pirates in NOLA, doesn’t mean I have left you without some entertainment. The week ahead is loaded with good books and a giveaway from Moi on Saturday.  Stay caffeinated. I will have some internet access to reach out if you need me.

I hope you’ll have a lot of fun both in NOLA and in Florida. And I’m happy you’ll be posting pictures to FB as well, since I don’t have an instagram account 😉
You got some really good-looking books this week, I’m most curious about Everything Everything. The cover is different, and I’ve seen it around in different places lately.

I am really looking forward to seeing your pictures. For all the time that I was in Florida, I never had the desire to go and see The Wizarding World. Maybe it is because I know my kids, ugh, would not want to and probably ruin it for me. I guess I can always live vicariously through you. Have a great time!

You had an awesome week. Very productive! I love your Nonna’s Corner very adorable. I’m not familiar with many of the new books you received but they sound good. I still need to sign up for the Clean Sweep ARC challenge eek. I hope you have a great week! Happy reading.

Have a wonderful time! New Orleans sounds great, and so do your Florida plans. I want to go to the Harry Potter park, too, but I don’t think I can convince my family. Even though Robin is a huge fan – no, make that BECAUSE Robin is a huge fan, she and I are worried that in a way, it might spoil things – too crowded, for one thing. But I still want to go!

I went to the Harry Potter park about four years, and it was definitely the greatest time of my life! I didn’t have a camera at the time though, which is obviously now the absolute worst because I can’t remember much from the trip.

  17. Ramona

I hope Mr. Caffeinated and you will have the time of your lives in NO! 🙂 Very jealous of you, but in a great way. Can’t wait to see pics of you in Harry Potter World!!! 🙂

Yay for vacation! Happy anniversary (again)! I hope you both have a wonderful trip. And I can’t wait to see all the pictures and hear all about the awesome that is the Wizarding World of Harry Potter 😀 And yes, that will totally be you as Nonna LOL!

A Harry Potter park???? I so want to go! I love the books so much! Luckily for me my 8 and 9 year olds haven’t read them yet. We just started reading the series together and we are on book 2 so I can re-live the magic!

I’m so excited to hear how the Harry Potter side of the theme park! I’ve been reading the series to my kids at night. It’s been over 10 years since I originally read them. I had forgotten how much I loved the HP series.

  23. Kathy

I hope you enjoy New Orleans; it is truly one of my favorite cities. It sounds like you have a lot of fun planned in your near future. Enjoy every minute. 🙂

  24. Rita

I just got back from FL but we didn’t get to do any theme parks. Then again, I used to live there for ages and did almost every attraction in the state, so I settled for a lot of family time visiting my daughter and the kids. They didn’t have Harry Potter when we lived there…too bad for me 🙁

Enjoy your time away and have a Butter Beer on me, lol.
