Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

While it took me a few days to unwind and let go my bloggy break has been wonderful peeps..I am reading, spending time with family and enjoying the holiday. I hope those who celebrated had a joyous Christmas. Our kids and their significant others all came over for dinner. We ate too much, laughed and watched the Interview on Youtube. While not entirely my thing, I did laugh a little and loved hearing my peeps giggle. I hope you’ve been enjoying my Top Ten posts and I look forward to coming back on the 2nd refreshed and eager to chat.

I’m glad you’re having a nice break and sounds like you had a good Christmas. I’ve been on a bit of a break too – but planning to start catching up today, so I’ll be getting to your top ten lists soon. Looking forward to them 🙂 have a great week Kimba!

I’m glad you’ve had such a wonderful Christmas, Kim! Taking the time to unwind, and just spend precious time with family is important 🙂
You added some very nice-looking books to your shelves this week, too, and I hope you’ll enjoy them all.
    Have a wonderful Sunday 🙂

I’m so glad you’re enjoying your break. I haven’t done a lot this last week either. I plan to spend next week getting more caught up. Have a great week, Kimba.

So glad you are enjoying your break!!! I took an impromptu break from twitter the last 4 days and it was glorious! Now that all the hustle and bustle of the holidays is over, I’m back, but I do feel recharged.

We also ate too much for Christmas, but the food is one of the best parts of any holiday! Glad to hear your enjoying your break and you had a nice holiday with your family. Your packages have some really good titles in them so I can’t wait to read your reviews. Have a safe and happy new year!!

Oh, I’m so glad Christmas was lovely and filled with family for you! It’s so nice to step back and take a break before stepping into it as “business as usual” on the mind 🙂

    Happy Holidays, Kimba!

That’s so cool that the publishers sent you surprise packages. Were they a thank you for hosting the books/authors on the site, or just because you’re so awesome? I’m glad to hear you had a great Christmas. Ours was pretty low key as well. Nothing too crazy but still memorable and enjoyable.

Looks like a week to enjoy and relax before the new year rings in. I know I am doing that and catching up on my blog with some little finishing things before the 2014 year ends.

I don’t usually list freebies in my “new books” post — but that’s because I have a low expectation that I’ll get around to reading many of the free books that I download from HOWEVER, I’m very glad that you *do* list the freebies because I’ve picked up a couple that looked very good and that I wouldn’t have known about except for your post this week. Thanks very much.

And thank you for hosting the Sunday Post link-up.

Always awesome to check the mailbox to find goodies or to be personal friends with the UPS person, so kudos to you. Very hard to stay away from the computer when that’s what you normally, very glad to know you were able to take some “ME” time with family and to relax. Hope you receive all the desires of your heart for the New Year! Hugs…

I love this series from Rebecca Zanetti, it’s finished and she’s already making a spin-off. There’s vampires, werevolves and even some demons, but the stories are better if read in order. Hope you get to it soon.
