Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

The wedding was absolutely wonderful. The weather was beautiful and there were no major mishaps. Between family and the gals who catered, the event was lovely. The bride was glowing and we all danced, laughed and of course cried. Below is a mini slide-show, thanks to the photographer and family snap shots. I of course didn’t take any and simply enjoyed the moment. A special thank you to all of the guest hosts. You were amazing! To my followers I cannot thank you all enough for visiting daily! I managed 16 books in September ( 3 of them were audio). This was my lowest count to date, but not bad considering all that happen in September. Stay Caffeinated!

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW ..,. I may cringe at the idea of actually getting married, but I do love experiencing someone else’s wedding. 😀 Everyone and everything look absolutely beautiful.

The wedding sounds wonderful and the photos are lovely. I’m sure it was a wonderful and emotional day to see your daughter married. I’m glad it all went well. And 16 books read with all you were doing is amazing! Have a great week, Kimba!

  7. Kristin

Your daughter is so pretty!!! She totally has your eyes!!! And they look like such an adorable couple 🙂 I love how tall and big he is compared to her – like he takes care of her – awwwwww!!! And you did a fabulous job on the wedding!!! Your house looked better than a professional hall or catering service!!! The centerpieces came out fantastic!

    Now what?!?!?!? tee, hee…

LOL He is 6’2 and she is barely 5’3. They do look adorable together and very much in love. Awe, I was really delighted with how things turned out..it is times like this when being anal pays off. My family thinks I could do this professionally, however I can assure you I have no intentions of being a wedding planner/caterer. Thank you 🙂 Now ..it is time to be lazy.

  8. Michelle

You looked beautiful your daughter was gorgeous! Looks like you had an amazing day! Congrats to you all!!!

    16 books wow that’s fantastic!

Have a great week Kim! Now you can sit back and relax, Enjoy all your new reads! 🙂

Hehe our house guests leave on the 7th and then I will do a weekend of absolutely nothing!

    • kimbacaffeinate

Oh I am too..I adore holiday themed books. They truly get me in the spirit!

    • kimbacaffeinate

I love that sitcom and often watch an episode on Nexflix. Fall made an appearance here too. I still cannot believe last weekend it was 80 and beautiful and this weekend we had our first frost.

  9. Holly

Your sweet daughter bride was beautiful! I always love how glowing brides look on their special day.

You are still a rockstar with the # of books you are able to read….even in a “down” month. LOL Enjoy your week and new books Kimba! (Oh, and I’m seriously missing Fraterfest this month.)

I miss Fraterfest and Things that Go Bump too, but given how tired I am, it was probably a good thing. I will do them again next year 🙂

    • kimbacaffeinate

Thanks Catherine. After talking about it all summer, I was happy to share the final result.

  10. Rita

What a glowing bride! And she resembles you very much–would’ve been able to pick her out in a crowd 🙂 Love that you had tents outside and fairy lights and lanterns on the tables…such pretty things. Looks like the happy couple are extremely in love and at the end of the day, that is all that counts here, though having a great party made good memories.

I had fun guest hosting, any time you need more help, just holler!

Awe, thank you. Her personality is very much like mine as well. Since timing didn’t allow for us to rent a hall..i truly wanted her to have everything she would have had given more time. The end result really was magical, and everyone had such a good time. They are so in love it resonates in every photo. Thanks for helping out Rita!

  11. A Voracious Reader

The pictures are wonderful! I’m so happy that my super duper {{{posivibes}}} for nice weather made it to you. I have pretty good aim, if I do say so myself. *buffs nails on shirt* LOL And “only” 16 books? That’s still awesome considering how busy you were! *high fives*
