Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted here @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

Last Sunday’s DIY project landed me at the ER with 5 stitches to my ring finger. I fell down some stairs while carrying a glass globe. The cut was deep and has been giving me some trouble. Of course this week I was suppose to be getting ready for today’s event, but I was limited in what I could do. Life happens, there was still coffee and some how it all got done.  I will be MIA today, but will tell you all about it next week. I hope you all have a wonderful week and stay caffeinated.

I Challenge each of you to visit three Sunday Posts from a blog you don’t know. We have some new people so be random. Click a box and meet a new book lover. Maybe they will become a new Caffeinated friend.

Hope your hand is feeling better soon, especially since you need it to hold a coffee cup, hold a book, and type out posts 🙂

Have fun today, whatever you are doing, and enjoy it!

Good books on your horizon– one that stands out was One Kick by Chelsea Cain, I really liked it! Some of your other titles I will have to check out. I do like to visit unknown-to-me blogs, and hope some new readers wander over to mine to see what this slightly off-center middle-aged eclectic reader is saying next, ha…

I’ve just read 2 of Donna Kauffman’s Blueberry Cove series so I”m curious to see how her other books are. Plus I love the cupcakes on the cover! Hope your finger is feeling better and all is going well in your caffeinated world! I try to visit all the blogs but if I get pressed for time I do tend to stick to my old favorites. I’ll definitely try to add in 3 new ones!

My DIY projects always seem to bite me in some way. My last project was resin pendants I ended up with a bunch of resin stuck to my to my thumb. It looks like you had a productive week even though. You have a busy week ahead of you. I hope you have a great week. Thanks for hosting and have a great week.

Sugar Rush was a decent book, but I gave up on the series after the 2nd book. It just wasn’t doing anything for me. I guess because I don’t read Contemporary much anymore. I hope the cheeseball cake is a hit today. 🙂 I’m totally going to make that in bowl form. lol

Challenge accepted! I will have it completed in 24 hours. 😀

Ouch! Sorry to hear that! I managed to shove my arm through a window two weeks ago, so can sympathise. Thankfully the glass missed all major arteries, but the bruise still hurts.
Glad to see it didn’t get in the way too much xx

That really sucks about the stitches! I hope you still manage to get everything you need done! Hopefully you find some time to relax and enjoy your new books (:

Sorry to hear about your finger. Hand stitches suck – we don’t realize how much we use them. I spent all of today at the ER with my 85 year old mom who had a stomach bug, but passed out so we had to take her to the ER. I had not put my post up before the ambulance arrived. At least I have my priorities straight.

noooo my comment went to the spam.

I’m so sorry to hear about your finger, Kimba! I hope it has a quick and clean recovery.

I haven’t heard of any of those books before but I hope you enjoy reading them all! <33

  22. Kristin T.

I saw the picture you posted on twitter of your finger – hope it’s feeling better. I did love the purple covering, though!!!

I’m currently reading No Limits and really enjoying it! I had loved Cannon in her previous series, so am glad that he’s getting his own story. I have a Jane Casey book but haven’t gotten to it yet – have you read many of her books? I think the one I have is part of a series, so me being quite anal about reading series, need to go back and start with book 1.

Hope you have a great week!!!
