Christmas Wishlist

My Christmas Wishlist

I thought it would be fun to share some of the things on my Christmas Wishlist, My Dear Santa list if you will. Enjoy! Grab a cup of hot cocoa and a few snickerdoodles. Enjoy!
Whovian Scarf
Doctor Who Scarf Deluxe 12′ Scarf  -Purchase: Think Geek

Whovian’s will understand this fashion necessity. I think I will be styling with this scarf, plus with the freezing weather in the MidWest I am hoping this puppy protects me from the bitter temperatures.

Hamilton Beach 49996 FlexBrew

Hamilton Beach 49996 FlexBrew Programmable Single-Serve Coffeemaker, Black Purchase: Amazon

I know! I know! *shakes head* You would think this coffee loving, caffeine addict would already own one of these…but nopes. Feel free to pass out from the shock.

kindle voyage

Kindle Voyage Purchase: Amazon

I own a Nook HD, but would love to have the Kindle Voyage. I love that it adjusts for outdoor reading. Plus it is lighter and won’t have all those distracting social media apps. I am looking at you Twitter and Facebook.

spa day

A Spa Day….massage, pedi, mani, hair, the royal treatment. Every girls dream right?

Doctor Who: Who-ology Hardcover

Doctor Who: Who-ology Purchase: Amazon

The Official Miscellany, Who-ology is chock-full of interesting tidbits any Whovian would love.

Chair and Ottoman

A comfy chair and ottoman for my bedroom to snuggle up in and read. This one is cute and can be found at Overstock.com Of course I will need a floor lamp for the perfect lighting, and a side table for my coffee. Ooo and a comfy, soft throw to cover up with.

Truffles

Truffles..Godiva Truffles. Do I need to explain?

Autographed copies of books I would love to have:

I can just imagine the perfect day…I get up bundle up with my scarf,  and set off for a day at the SPA. After a luxurious pampering (I am glowing and my hair has a little swing to it), I come home make a cup of coffee,  thumb through the signed books on my bookshelf, then sit down in my favorite chair, put my feet up on the ottoman and throw the comfy throw over my legs. I reach for my kindle and settle in to read while nibbling on truffles and sipping my flavored coffee…

And last but not least.. what I would love most of all on my Christmas Wishlist would be ……...Peace and Happiness for All.

peace on earth

A nice spa day is always the best way to completely relax 😀
Having a good e-reader is definitely important!
A comfy chair is also really welcome in my house.

I hope Santa listens to your wishes ;)!

  2. Jennifer

My hubby is a Doctor fan. I grabbed him a tie that has the colors of the scarf when I was looking in the “Doctor” section at BAM. He will be happy to see it in his stocking.

  3. Ken

Great! I also made a wishlist for this Christmas and kindle is on the top gift in my list. Now after reading this blog I can add some more in the list. Thank you for sharing this.

  4. Danielle Meek

OMG… Love the comfy chair!!! I actually got a reading chair a few months ago that I absolutely love and definitely think that everyone should have one so they can snuggle up with a good book 🙂

  5. Kathy

Ahhh, but only to dream of a spa day. *sigh* And no explanation needed on Godiva anything. lol

  6. Candace

Funny, I’ve been eyeing that scarf too. 😉 And I love that chair! I hope you get what you wish for!

  7. Bookworm Brandee

Love your wishlist, Kimberly. And thanks for sharing the Dr. Who gear…my younger daughter would love these items as well. 😀 Here’s to hoping you get everything on your list – especially peace – you’ve been a good girl, right?!? 😉

  8. Melissa's Midnight Musings

I hope you receive at least some of these things on your list! Thank you for sharing the list with us, I hope you don’t mind but I earmarked some of the Dr. Who items for future purchases. (I’m done with this year’s Christmas shopping or I might have used them this year.)

So, this is going to sound totally cheesy, but one thing on my Christmas wishlist, which I should get next year, is to get to spend Christmas with my husband. This will be the 4th year we haven’t been together for Christmas, due to us both having busy work schedules. But, by this time next year, (pending approval that is), I should be all moved and settled in Canada, so we’ll get to spend the holidays together.

  9. Lefty

This is a bomb list. I am absolutely crazy about that scarf! And the chocolates…yum! I hope you get all of these things!

  10. Melanie Simmons

We don’t do much for Christmas presents any more, so I don’t think about it much. I do love your Doctor Who stuff. I would also find some Star Wars, Marvel Universe or The Princess Bride stuff. I would also like to go to a conference this year. I’m trying to save money, so I’m not going to any (or that is the plan), but I could wish for them from Santa, right? 🙂

  11. Lark

I love your wish list! Godiva truffles, yum. Doctor Who scarf – cozy! (Except I think I’d rather knit my own.) Overstuffed chair and ottoman for reading – bliss! I already have a Kindle Paperwhite, so I’m good there. 🙂 I hope you get at least a few of these for Christmas, Kimba… and maybe some nice surprises as well.

  12. Cynthia

That sounds like the PERFECT wish list! I hope you get a Kindle Voyage. I have a Kindle Fire and love it so much.

  13. Samantha

Mmm Godiva truffles are delicious. I just bought my parents each a flight of truffles for one of their christmas presents.

  14. Carole

Just found your site, love books! I’d have to add to your list the big coffee mug (as I am a coffee freak too) with the Game of Thrones logo and the phrase “a mind needs books like a sword needs a whetstone – Tyrion”

  15. ShootingStarsMag

Great list! Love the Doctor Who picks. My sister has the Who-ology book, I believe. My dad just got a Keurig – which is great for him as he’s the only person in the house that really drinks coffee, so he can now make individual cups. 🙂

My wish list would probably include a ton of books and other entertainment items…I might share some of that in a post if I find time. I love people’s wish lists.

  16. Braine Talk Supe

Solid list, Kimberly, I would want that scarf too and I’ll find a way to use it even if it’s not Fall/Winter just to show off hahahaha

I hope you get your wishes!

  17. Deborah

I’d absolutely love a new iPhone. Mine’s been broken for almost 3yrs and I keep battling on thinking one day I’ll again have a job and be able to afford a replacement. It will be the first thing I buy when that’s the case!

  18. Diana

I hope Santa is good to you this year! That’s a great wish list. I have a big box of Godiva Chocolates on my list too. Nom nom.

  19. Erica

A spa day? Yes, please. That just sounds fabulous. I just bought truffles at the store today and they were delicious, but getting my hands on Godiva ones…that would be the best!

Plus signed books? Of course. You cannot have a Christmas list without books 😛

  20. Sophia Rose

I love your list of items. That boudoir chair and foot rest sounds fabulous.

My list would have a few Outlander items like the mortar & pestle set along with the Outlandish Companion. A box of See’s chocolates. A few of my favorite music groups’ CDs, a new cover for my Kindle, and signed books by fav authors would be lovely. 😉

  21. Mary Kirkland

Omg chocolate truffles! I buy myself a box of see’s candy chocolate truffles each year. Just one box a year because they are so decadent.

  22. Lisa (Lost in Lit)

Love it!! A signed Harry Potter… yes, please!! A spa day and comfy chair… totally needed!! Peace on Earth… that would be a dream come true. <3

  23. Madiha

Ooooh, these all look wonderful! I’d love that last bit too 😛 Also, who can deny the luxury of a whole day at the spa? *nods* yes please!

  24. lisa thomson

What a great and fun list, kim! I’m with you on the Spa day. Can I steal that one? I couldn’t think of anything more decadent than spending the day being pampered! I would add some replenishing of my art supplies too. The best gift I’m getting though, is my kids being with me!

    p.s. I’m not a whovian and I’m sure I’m missing out.

  25. Grace

Oh the spa day and truffles sound amazing!!!I have wireless headphones on my wishlist to make listening to audiobooks easier!!

  26. Laurel-Rain Snow

Ooh, I love that comfy chair…and the coffee machine…and a spa day…and definitely some chocolates! I hope all your Christmas wishes come true.

  27. Lorna

Very nice list! I would love a signed Anne Bishop book as well! I recently got a comfy chair and ottoman in my bedroom and I haven’t been out of it much-hence the reason I am behind in so much. Well that and very sick cat. Godiva chocolates would be wonderful too 🙂

  28. Lekeisha

I hope you get everything on your wish list this holiday! Every time I see a Godiva commercial, I start salivating. I try not to eat a lot of chocolate, but I indulge most of the time. Happy Saturday!

  29. Tracy Terry

Ooh yes, a nice comfortable chair or better still a chaise- longue for the bedroom. As well as the usual books and candles I’m after a salt lamp as I’ve heard of the health benefits.

Lets hope you’ve been nice and not naughty this – Santa does know.

  30. Kathryn

I loooooove your list! Not into Dr Who but love the scarf anyway. Would take a signed copy of Anne Bishop’s book too. Definitely a Kindle – I have the paperwhite but looks like the Voyager is supreme. And for sure peace on earth, sooner rather than later.

  31. Lover Of Romance

What a great list you have here. I love those spa treatments. They are just awesome. Most of the time I do my own spa stuff, but its nice to go to a actual spa and get the full experience.
