Hot on the heels of her beloved Marriage to a Billionaire novels, New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst nails it with the first in an all-new sexy romance series featuring red-hot contractor siblings who give the Property Brothers a run for their money!

Ever the responsible eldest brother, Caleb Pierce started working for his father’s luxury contracting business at a young age, dreaming of one day sitting in the boss’s chair. But his father’s will throws a wrench in his plans by stipulating that Caleb share control of the family business with his two estranged brothers.

Things only get more complicated when demanding high-end home designer Morgan hires Caleb to build her a customized dream house that matches her specifications to a T—or she’ll use her powerful connections to poison the Pierce brothers’ reputation. Not one to ignore a challenge, Caleb vows to get the job done—if only he can stop getting distracted by his new client’s perfect…amenities.

But there’s more to icy Morgan than meets the eye. And Caleb’s not the only one who knows how to use a stud-finder. In fact, Morgan is pretty sure she’s found hers—and he looks quite enticing in a hard hat. As sparks fly between Morgan and Caleb despite his best intentions not to mix business and pleasure, will she finally warm up and help him lay the foundation for everlasting love?

Brothers Fave Narrator SWOON SEXY

Everywhere and Every Way by Jennifer Probst is the first book in the Billionaire Builders series featuring the Pierce brothers.  The narration provided by Sebastian York and Madeleine Maby  brought this sexy, humorous story filled with heart and banter to life.

Coffee dates with Everywhere and Every Way

  • First Date: Caleb Pierce thought he had it all and would one day head the family contracting business but after the reading of his father’s will, that prospect seems impossible. Caleb is determined to make it work and protect the one thing his mother left them. To do that he will have to get his estranged brothers to work with him. Tensions are high, barbs are being thrown and I am all in. I adore sibling stories, ok I adore brothers and the Pierce brothers are as different as night and day. Things get even more complicated when designer Morgan Raines hires Caleb to build a custom high-end home to her exact specifications. While they are attracted to each other, their relationship has a complicated beginning filled with snark, tension and power plays. Despite carrying a secret filled with pain, Morgan is a strong southern woman who continued to surprise me throughout the tale. All proper, demanding and complicated she is the perfect match for Caleb.Between the brothers, their business and the promise of an intense, deliciously hot romance I am all in. Not to mention the story is being narrated by the dreamy voice of York. Can anyone say Eargasm?
  • Second date: Banter, snark, construction workers, pink shoes and cute mischievous dogs have me devouring Everywhere and Every Thing. Their story is delivered in dual perspectives and being inside Caleb’s head is F-I-N-E fine. I will readily admit I am smitten. The man is honorable, sweet, naughty, and smart. Fans of Property Brothers on HGTV will love the brothers/construction side of this story and Morgan had me drooling as she revealed design plans. Delicious tension, stolen kisses and talks of potato chips had me swooning, laughing and enjoying the ride. Probst knows how to weave a story and kept things fresh. I loved how these two battled their attraction until it exploded. Both are control freaks who mentally set limits on the relationship and I was anxious to see their limits all go to hell.
  • Third date: The romance between Morgan and Caleb heats up and their feelings move beyond attraction. Between moments of laughter and discovery, they ignite with a passion that heated my earbuds. I loved how balanced the story was between the brothers and the romance. She weaved them together brilliantly, and hinted at things to come as she made me fall for all of them. The relationship is delivered a blow when Morgan reveals something, but Probst kept the angst low all while having me hold my breath. Do the brothers meet the terms of the contract? Will Caleb find his happy? Are the brothers united? Grab your earbuds and find out!

Fans of brothers, HGTV and a light, heartfelt romance with heat will love Everywhere and Every Way. It’s the perfect listen and I cannot wait for  Any Time, Any Place coming January 2017.

So glad to see that you loved this one! I’m waiting on my copy from the library, and I may or may not be obsessively checking the site to see how many people are still in front of me. 🙂

  2. Kay

I wasn’t a big fan of this author’s other book, The Marriage Bargain, but this one sounds good. I am always willing to give an author a second chance to be more me. Next time I want a romance audio this will be my pick. Thanks for the review!

  3. Lorna

Yet another author I haven’t read, but I have seen this book all over the place lately. I love The Property Brothers and HGTV so maybe this book is one I should add to my wish list 🙂

Girl you love got some Sebastian York lol. Just saying if I saw a cover work get on them I’d be running for the hills…me and other people’s feet don’t mesh well #imallergic lol!! I’m might have to cover the cover up of I ever do listen or read it.

Bwahaha..my oldest doesn’t like feet either. I will make some shoes out of contact paper for the cover. It’s all good…just close your eyes and listen!

Two of my favorite narrators. Loved this one. I’m moving up the other audios by Probst on my TBL up the pile.

Brothers! That’s like the magic word. But the backdrop of home building runs it a close second. I could see me loving these. Thanks, Kimberly!

I don’t know what has me more awe-struck — your rating of this book or its heat level. Thanks for the post.

  8. Kathy

I’ve only read one book by Jennifer Probst and really liked it. I got an email that this one had released, and I have no idea why I haven’t read more of her books.

  9. Melissa (Books and Things)

I’m usually not a big fan of the billionaire kind of books, but you have me curious about this one… especially on audio. Yea, eargasm totally caught my attention. LOL!

  10. Katherine

I want this one! Contractors and snark and spice sound like my kind of book! Plus I love that you recommend this one for fans of HGTV. I love a little renovation with my romance. Sounds like a perfect read for me.

Probst is yet another author I’ve not yet read. (lol, I just read the above comment…this was your first Probst read??) But methinks I’ll grab this one in audio. Sebastian York…*swoon* I love the sound of the banter between Morgan and Caleb. And I like that Probst kept things balanced in the story. Plus, I love seeing two control freaks fall in love…hilarity often ensues. 🙂

  12. Lekeisha

Am I the only reader on the planet who hasn’t read one of her books? I love brothers, so I may have to try this one soon. Hopefully my library has it!

This sounds like a great audiobook! I’ve recently started listening during my daily commute and have found that mystery thrillers, comedies, and lighter romances work best for audiobooks. They manage to keep my attention while I listen. Do you find that your taste in books varies depending on the format?

    • kimbacaffeinate

Sorry Ethan I pushed submit before answering your question. When I first began audio I stuck with UF, mysteries and thrillers. I slowly worked my way through all of the genres and will now listen to everything. My favorites on audio will always be UF, PNR, Thrillers and mysteries.

      • Ethan

So there is hope for me haha. I think that the more I listen to audiobooks, the more I will get comfortable with the format. I hope that over time I can listen to and enjoy all of the genres that I normally read.

  14. Angela

I passed on the book, due to lack of time, and now I wish I would have accepted it,

  15. Quinn's Book Nook

You know, I think I’ve only read one book narrated by Sebastian York. I clearly need to remedy that!!!! He voice is pretty fabulous.

I’m definitely curious about this one. I’m a bit nervous about Morgan. She’s not too angsty, is she?

  16. Maja (The Nocturnal Library)

I’ve been having trouble focusing in my car lately, and with my endless drives to work and back I feel this would be a perfect choice for me. Yummy brothers and banter, what’s not to like?

  17. Nick

I’m really excited to read this review, Kim as I just bought this book over the weekend. I love books about brothers too and this one sounds right up my alley, with the brothers being so different from each other.
And of course, the romance sounds delightful as well. I can’t wait to fall in love with these characters.
    Wonderful review!
