We love holiday themed reads from the covers to the warm & fuzzy tales on the inside. For this read-a-thon you must read holiday themed or winter setting reads. For bloggers, we have spoken to most of the main publishing houses and for ARCS of holiday books released in Sept/Oct, they are fine with you posting a review in November and December since that is when folks look to buy them. Below are the rules. Read them, grab the button and link up. For our non-blogger friends you can join too. Just link your Goodreads, Tumblr or Facebook account.

Oh. This one looks like a fun way to read some of those holiday and Christmas books I have on my shelves. I know for sure of one that I’ve been wanting to read for a while but never read because something was always in the way when I was in the Christmas mood.

I’m looking forward to it! I’ll save up my holiday ARCs. I’ve already posted my sign-up and goal – though I’ll probably refine the goal when we get closer to the date.

I know I have 3 books, but beyond that I am up in the air. After the wedding I will work on my list πŸ™‚

I’ll be joining this for sure! I won’t be using a blog to keep track. Instead I’ll use a shelf on Goodreads. This will be my first time doing this read-a-thon. I’m sure this will be fun!

No worries, just post your intent on your status and link to Goodreads:)

I am so excited about participating in this read-a-thon again this year!! I just linked up today and have posted about the Ho-Ho-Ho Read-A-Thon my book blog!! I’ve already determined and set my reading goals in my initial blog post, so am assuming that I DO NOT need to make another post stating my goals, right?

This sounds like it might be fun! Do you know where I can find a list of holiday winter reads, so that I could buy or check out in advance? I especially like YA/NA, but if not, than that’s okay! πŸ™‚ Thanks!

    • kimbacaffeinate

Well drat, hopefully you will find time to read a little holiday romance or something on the trip πŸ™‚

  6. Elsi

This read-a-thon is scheduled early enough to get in a couple of holiday reviews — while blog readers have time to purchase the books before the holidays.

It is totally fine as is. Most of ours are to our blogs. If you want to change it though, you can delete it and reenter.
