Awe, school is important though..but even one from your tbr pile would be a good thing ๐Ÿ™‚

    • kimbacaffeinate

Good luck Kristen, so glad you joined in the fun!

    • kimbacaffeinate

Yay, good luck doing both, next year we need to try and schedule around each other ๐Ÿ™‚

      • Berls

I know – that was our bad, since I guess you’ve been doing this in March for a while. Next year, maybe we can do April instead (assuming we do it next year – I think we will)

That sounds like a plan since I know peeps would enjoy doing both! I know I would but I am trying to put a serious dent in books I purchased this month

    • kimbacaffeinate

Wonderful Aly and remember the reviews don’t have to post this month..you can just link a short and sweet review on good reads to giveaway.

    • kimbacaffeinate

One is better then none but I am sorry it came at a bad time ๐Ÿ™

    • kimbacaffeinate

Good luck to all of you Lindy, Ria, Ro and Mikki..go, go read!!

  1. Lindsey Greer-Smith

I’m aiming for a goal of one book per week minimum, so at least 4 books this month. Doesn’t seem like much I know, but with work it’ll be a lot.

    • kimbacaffeinate

Lindsey I think that is a perfect goal! Good luck ๐Ÿ™‚

    • kimbacaffeinate

So glad you are joining and get the post up when you can, no rush ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Sharlene Wegner

I’m in! I am actually reading a new book that won’t qualify, so my next book will start the quest! Thanks for the reminder!

    • kimbacaffeinate

well thank goodness you fixed it..so glad you are reading Red Rising!

    • kimbacaffeinate

Hmm, i probably should have sent out a reminder but this week has been crazy ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Kim

I’m excited about this challenge! My TBR is out of control and I’m hoping to finish 10-15 books on it (published pre-March 2014, of course) during this challenge. I would have set my goal higher, but I still have to do some reviews for blog tours and upcoming releases, too. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks for hosting!

thanks Tyler I do this every March, it helps us clear out our book stash!

  5. kai charles (Fiction State of Mind)

So my goal is kinda crazy,I want to do a book a day! So 31 or st the mimimum 15 I have a lot of under 200 pages reads and I’m a few books ahead of goal ๐Ÿ™‚

    • kimbacaffeinate

Awesome goal I have hit that mark a few times ๐Ÿ™‚ Good luck!!

    • kimbacaffeinate

Nope, as long as you are reading TBR books, then it works. I haven’t set a goal my wishlist of reads for the month however is HUGE!

    • kimbacaffeinate

sweet, I am so glad you are attacking your tbr pile!

    • kimbacaffeinate

sssh Ann we are suppose to ignore that little tidbit and make ourselves feel better just because we read some of the 875,681 books in our TBR pile!!! bwahahaha

    • kimbacaffeinate

I am hosting a read-a-thon that begins Thursday if you do better with short term goals ๐Ÿ™‚

    • kimbacaffeinate

Hopefully the slump passes and you attack that TBR pile Ana ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Sharlene Wegner

OK, I had to switch books. Historical romance was starting to bring me down & I needed something light. I finished a fairly short one by Janet Evanovich, who always makes me smile!I think I will keep up with the sure thing light contemporaries for awhile & maybe that will get me moving!

    • kimbacaffeinate

Enjoy, I am all over the place from contemporary romances, to assassins and now the four Horseman of the Apocalypse..LOL

      • Sharlene Wegner

The last historical romance I read all of the way through was so good – Maire Claremont’s The Dark Affair – but the next 2 I started, I couldn’t get into. I don’t know if it’s my mood or what. I have a Carolyn Brown book on deck, plus another contemporary. Hope to get through those in the next 2 days! ๐Ÿ™‚

        • kimbacaffeinate

Brown is good, and it happens to all of us. Sometimes I set them aside and love them later.

    • kimbacaffeinate

Any books eliminated from your TBR pile is a total win Sofia!

    • kimbacaffeinate

That is awesome, some months all I read are arcs and this event helps ๐Ÿ™‚ Keep it up!

  7. jen7waters

I’ve read 4 books from my TBR pile so far, I’m planning to finish at least 2 more! (And review them!)

  8. Sharlene Wegner

I think I hit enter on 2 books I had already added. I will have to try to add new ones tomorrow. Electronically challenged, I tell you!

  9. Berls

Kimba I’m sorry I should have been writing this down, but I can’t remember what books I’ve entered and which still need to go in… can you tell me what I’ve entered? And I thought I was finally getting organized. :/

  10. Lark

Well, I only read six instead of the 10+ I was planning on – and I only wrote 3 of the reviews – but it was satisfying nonetheless. And HUZZAH! I was able to read Scarlet, Codex Born, and River Road guilt-free (and part of Cress, too.) So despite a tough work project, I feel fairly good about it overall. Thanks so much for hosting, Kimba!

    • kimbacaffeinate

You don’t need written reviews for books to count on raffle. You just need to link goodreads account showing it read. Now you have three reviews ready for this month:)

    • kimbacaffeinate

That is so awesome, I am glad you had fun and hope you join us again!
